MIX IDĖJOS · CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Purchase and returns policy
Updated 2026-10-27. You may read these terms before submitting an enquiry or making a purchase. The products, configuration, amounts and services for each order are provided before the contract is concluded.
1. Seller and contact details
The seller is Mix idėjos, UAB, company registration number 302930852, VAT registration number LT100007327113. Address: Telšių g. 82, Plungė. Email: info@mixidejos.lt, phone: +370 673 25857. Return address: Vaižganto g. 90, Plungė.
2. Product selection, price and contract
The product page provides model details, available options and a price, or states that the price needs to be confirmed. Before the contract is concluded, we confirm the specific product, quantity, colour, fabric or finish, configuration and final price including applicable taxes and any additional services. Delivery, carrying-in and assembly services that have not been ordered are not included in the product price.
Products with a confirmed final price and free showroom collection can be purchased directly from the basket. Select a showroom, enter your contact details, check the products, quantities and total, read and accept the terms, and press the payment button. This places an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when this order has been placed and payment has been received; separate price approval by a member of staff is not required. You can correct your details before paying. Enquiries about delivery or unconfirmed prices do not themselves form a purchase contract; a final offer for these is agreed separately.
3. Payment
When purchasing directly, you pay the full product total shown in the basket through Paysera, using one of the payment methods it offers. An individually agreed offer can also be paid through its personal payment link. If payment by bank transfer is agreed, the payment details are provided with the order. Before payment, the full order amount is clearly stated, together with whether the payment covers the full price or a deposit. A deposit is not payment in full; the remaining balance and its payment deadline are stated in the offer.
Payment is treated as received when receipt is confirmed by the payment service provider or bank records. An enquiry acknowledgement or a return from the bank website alone does not mean that payment has been received. The offer and the terms applicable to it can be downloaded from the personal payment link.
4. Delivery and collection
The delivery or collection preparation period is 30–45 working days from receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise for a particular order. We will inform you when the product is ready to hand over, or if there is a delay. A delay does not restrict the buyer’s statutory rights.
Collection from the agreed showroom is free. Home delivery requires a separate enquiry; we agree the location, price, carrying-in, assembly and timing before the contract is concluded. The final offer states the price of these services and what it includes. We do not guarantee that every model in the catalogue is on display in a showroom or held in stock.
5. Withdrawal from a distance contract
A consumer entitled to withdraw from a distance contract may, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods , notify us of their withdrawal. You can submit the notice online using “Withdraw from a contract”; once it has been registered, we will provide a downloadable acknowledgement of receipt. A clear statement sent to info@mixidejos.lt with the buyer’s and order details is also sufficient; you do not have to give a reason. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you are not required to do so. Separate permission from the seller is not needed to withdraw from the contract.
The goods must be sent back or handed over no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Return address: Vaižganto g. 90, Plungė. Please contact us to arrange a time for accepting the return.
6. Return transport and product condition
The buyer arranges the return of non-defective goods themselves or through a carrier of their choice. The buyer bears the direct return costs if they were properly informed of them before the contract was concluded. The transport price depends on the chosen carrier’s prevailing market rates, the distance and the dimensions of the goods. You may also bring the goods using your own transport. We do not charge an additional fee for accepting returned goods.
We do not offer collection of non-defective goods from the buyer. This provision does not restrict the seller’s statutory obligations. For direct purchases, a temporary preliminary estimate of return transport costs provided by the seller is €170. This has not yet been confirmed by a carrier; the actual price charged by the chosen carrier will depend on the route, furniture dimensions and services, and may differ from the estimate. This is not a fee charged by the seller and is not added to the purchase price. For an individual offer, an estimate of return costs is provided in that offer before the contract is concluded.
The goods must be suitably protected during transport. The buyer is liable only for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Opening the packaging alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the amounts paid, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Any extra cost of a more expensive delivery option chosen by the buyer is not refunded. Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed without additional costs to the buyer. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
8. Personalised goods
The exception to the right of withdrawal applies only to goods that meet the statutory conditions for goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised for their needs. We inform you of any exception applicable to a specific product before the contract is concluded. Ordering from a catalogue or manufacture after an order is placed does not, by itself, mean that the product cannot be returned. These exceptions do not remove rights relating to defective goods.
9. Quality and warranty
A statutory guarantee of conformity of at least two years applies. If you notice a defect, contact us using the details provided and give your order details and a description of the defect; photographs will help us assess it. If a defect is established, we offer a free replacement with a non-defective product. We bear the costs of returning, replacing and delivering defective goods.
This does not restrict the consumer’s statutory rights, subject to the applicable legal conditions, to request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Original packaging is not required when making a claim about defects.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send your complaint to info@mixidejos.lt or to the seller’s address. We provide a written response within 14 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the response or do not receive one, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt, or to court.
The special rights provided for consumers apply to individuals purchasing for personal use. Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The terms presented and accepted when a particular order is concluded apply to that order; a later update to this page does not, by itself, change the terms of a contract already concluded.
